Hi, I'm Max.
I’m the owner of Plus House, based in Kingston upon Thames. I have 14 years of hands-on experience renovating homes and managing building projects across London.
Today, we specialise in bathroom design and renovation across South West London. We help with the whole process, from working out the layout and choosing materials to installation and the finishing touches.
We’re a fully insured company, and I’m personally involved from the first visit to the final checks. You’ll deal directly with me, with straightforward advice about the work, costs and timings, and regular updates along the way.

How We Work
Plus House specialises in complete bathroom renovations across South West London, including family bathrooms, en-suites and shower rooms.
Our work covers layout planning and 3D design, removal of the existing bathroom, plumbing and electrical work, preparation of walls and floors, waterproofing, tiling and installation of bathroom furniture and fittings.
We also help you choose tiles, sanitaryware, lighting and finishes that suit your space and budget. We can coordinate purchases through our suppliers or work with products you have selected yourself. Your quotation clearly sets out what is included.
01 Consultation & Site Visit
We start by discussing your ideas, budget and preferred timing. During a site visit, we take measurements and assess the existing layout, plumbing and condition of the room.
02 Design & Quotation
We develop the proposed layout and prepare 3D visuals to help you picture the result. You receive a detailed quotation outlining the agreed work, materials and any optional extras.
03 Planning & Installation
Once the design and quotation are agreed, we arrange the schedule and coordinate product deliveries. We protect the surrounding areas and carry out the renovation, from removal and preparation through to installation and finishing. Any unforeseen work is discussed and agreed with you before proceeding.
04 Completion & Handover
We check the installation and finishes, walk through the completed bathroom with you and address any final details. Our work comes with a 12-month workmanship warranty.
